  How to use

  • Step 1: Upload your own high-resolution image and add your special message (if any)
  • Step 2: We email you a preview of your custom wooden product within 2 working days.
  • Step 3: Once you approve the design, we engrave the design and dispatch to you.

  Guideline

  • Orders received on Saturday/Sundays or holidays will be processed on Mondays/next working day.
  • Design Preview will be sent to you within 2 working days.
  • Delivery Period can range from 7-10 days after design preview approval from customer.
  • Photos can be landscape/portrait, so that picture frame will have horizontal/vertical design respectively.
  • Please note that wood varies in color, figure, and texture, with no two woodcuts looking exactly alike.
  • We do our best to photograph each design but due to the natural material we use your poster may look slightly different.
  • Sizes,weight, thickness may vary slightly in each wooden plaque.
  • Full refund can be requested only before the custom photos are actually laser engraved. Once engraved on the wooden plaque no return policies are applicable.
